Onboarding & Everboarding

Ramping new hires faster — then keeping them growing

A hybrid onboarding program covering brand knowledge, selling skills, and technical proficiency — built to get new hires productive faster, then sustain their growth well beyond day one.

New-hire training hub landing page

I built a single place for new hires to go for all their onboarding needs within Highspot. This makes a new hire's journey simple and more efficient, significantly reduces ramp up time, and makes progress and certification scores visible to managers so field coaching is more personalized.

In-person training room set up with resources

For in-person sessions, facilitators should provide tools to appeal to all learner types and make resources readily available.

Hands-on treatment room prepared for technical training

When highly technical skills are required for sellers, they must first experience what the intended outcome is; then, we move into train-the-trainer mode for mastering facilitation.

New-hire cohort icebreaker workshop

Incorporating fun and creative workshops as ice breakers for a new hire cohort builds a solid foundation of trust and lasting peer groups post training. Here, I used a vision board workshop to kick things off.

Breakout session presentation on sales tools and assets

During a breakout session at a National Sales and Training meeting, I facilitated a fun and interactive scavenger hunt in Highspot for participants to learn newly launched and organized assets for various scenarios.

Highspot sales kits organization

Maintaining updated content, training tools and seller assets in a "single source of truth" is essential for field teams' accuracy, efficiency, and negotiations with customers. This takes true cross-functional collaboration from all departments and holding everyone accountable for their role in governance of a platform.
